None of our published tariffs are more than Rs. 7,500/-. If your total offer value exceeds this amount on a per night basis, it is due to add-on services that you have booked with us such as meals, sightseeing, extra beds etc.

4.      Cancellation Policy:

1. 90% funds will be refunded 30 days prior to check in date

2. 50% funds will be refunded 15 days prior to check in

3 No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to check-in

4.      Tax deposited against the advances given will not be refunded. Amount of tax deposited will depend on the value of the advance and the prevailing tax rate.

5.      All balance payments including but not limited to, extra beds, children meals, F&B services consumed over and above what is offered in the offer will be settled at the time of check out by the guests

6.      Meals included in offers will be a buffet/Fixed menu served in venues of the hotel's choice unless otherwise specified. Whether or not a buffet is laid will be decided by the hotel

7.      Restaurant timings for all meals are fixed. These cannot be extended unless prior notification is given to the hotel

8.      The food menu has been discussed with you and we have your consent in serving the same to you

9.  All indoor areas of Mana Hotels Ranakpur are a non-smoking zone. We have designated outdoor areas where the guests can smoke

10.  Consumption of tobacco or betel nut is strictly prohibited in the Mana Hotels premises

11.  Swimming pool timings are from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Gaming Zone timings are from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.

12.  Consumption of food & beverages is prohibited while the guests are inside the swimming pool

13.  Guests are prohibited from using the swimming pool under the influence of any substance which could jeopardize their health/well being

14.  Early check in and late check-out is subject to availability

15.  Any unutilized services will not be encashed or adjusted in any manner

16.  Company reserves the right to change, amend or discard the offer/offer and services any time without prior notice

17.  Liquor will not be served to any person below the age of 25 years of age. The hotel may ask the guest to present a valid photo ID to verify the same before serving liquor. The guests are requested to cooperate with the hotel in this regard

18.  Any person above the age of 12 years will be treated as an adult

19.  Any person below the age of 5 years will be treated as an infant

20.  Children/Infants must be accompanied by an adult to avail any services at the hotel

21.  We do not allow extra beds in our Villa Mezzanine rooms

22.  We do not recommend extra beds in our Standard rooms with Twin beds due to space constraints. If however an extra bed is demanded by the guest, we do not take responsibility for inconvenience caused by inadequate space in the room

23.  An electronic safe is available for your convenience in all rooms. We request you to use this safe for storing all your valuables. The responsibility of any valuables left outside the safe will rest with the guests occupying the room and Mana Hotels will not be held liable for any loss

24.  No more than 2 adults will be allowed per room without an extra bed. If a third adult has to stay in a room, then the charges will be levied for an extra bed and the additional meals

25.  Accommodation of multiple children/infants in the same room with parents/guardians is possible. However, the number's and exact charges will be decided on a case to case basis

26.  Outside food and/or beverages are not allowed to be consumed in the hotel premises

27.  Adventure park activities are carried out at a venue outside the hotel premises. Terms & Conditions related to the same will be conveyed to you at the hotel upon check in.

28.  Any variation in rates of taxation imposed by the government of India will be pased on to the customer and they will be required to pay the balance amount if any at the time of check out
