• Venice: Private boat transfer to St. Mark's Square and a classic Venetian gondola ride.

📋 Important What to Expect Guidelines

• • Hotels: Typically located on the outskirts (18–25 km from city centers). European hotel rooms accommodate a maximum of 3 guests (the third bed is typically a rollaway). 4-star room sizes range from 190–230 sq. ft., and 3-star rooms range from 120–180 sq. ft. Complimentary water bottles are not provided in rooms (tap water is safe to drink).
  • All transfers and sightseeing (with specified entrance fees) will be conducted in a luxury air-conditioned coach.
  • Flights to Europe (into Rome, out of Paris) are provided, if opted, subject to flight availability and routing conditions with layovers of up to 8 hours.
  • All external flights include 23 kg check-in baggage and in-flight meals (Short duration flights meals not included)
  • In case of Oman Air, check-in baggage allowance will be 20 kg.
  • Long drive days may include packed lunches or dinners for passenger convenience.
  • Visa appointment support is guaranteed, but visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy.
  • Group arrival transfer from Paris is provided for flights landing between 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM; waiting time may apply.
  • Baggage Note:For domestic or internal flights within an international tour, baggage allowance will follow the rules of the respective airline. Guests must pack according to the permitted limits. Excess baggage charges (if any) must be paid directly by the guest. Restricted to one check-in bag and one handbag per person due to coach capacity limitations.
  • Airline schedules and operations are subject to change due to external and operational factors.

   

  • In case of disruption, airlines may offer date changes or partial/full refunds as per their policy.
  • Alternative flight options, if required on the same travel date, may involve additional cost based on live fares.
  • For cost-effective solutions, clients may consider flexible travel dates where airline protections are applicable.

  📝 Terms and Conditions Highlights

  • Payments: Structured milestone payments apply based on booking timelines (within or outside India). Balances must be cleared strictly prior to departure deadlines to prevent automated cancellations.
  • Tax Collected at Source (TCS): Applicable as per government tax regulations (5% up to ₹10 lakh, 20% on amounts exceeding ₹10 lakh, or 10% if PAN is inoperative/not linked with Aadhaar).
  • Cancellations: Standard tiered cancellation charges apply based on the number of days prior to departure. Visa fees, insurance, and designated service charges are non-refundable in the event of visa rejections.

  1. Pricing Structure

  ·         All tour prices are composed of two components: Euro (€) and Indian Rupee (₹). The final payable amount will be calculated based on the Euro exchange rate prevailing on the date of payment. Prices are subject to adjustment in case of exchange rate fluctuations.

  2. Booking & Payment

  ·         2.1 Payments Within India

  ·         60+ days before departure: ₹45,000 per person at booking

  ·         Within 60 days of departure: ₹1,10,000 per person deposit; balance payable at least 30 days prior

  ·         Within 30 days of departure: 100% payment required at booking

  ·         Failure to adhere to timelines may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture.

  ·         Pricing: Prices are per person on a twin-sharing basis. Single travelers must pay the applicable single supplement. Rates remain subject to change until full payment is received.

  ·         2.2 Bookings Made Outside India

  ·         For all bookings made outside India, a minimum payment of EUR 300 per person is mandatory at booking.

  ·         This amount is adjustable against the total tour cost. Balance payment follows the standard payment schedule.

  ·         Non-compliance may result in non-confirmation or cancellation.
